The aim of this survey was to know how each person uses the printing devices, and how satisfy they were with. Currently, we can hear more and more complains. That’s why we’ll try to understand what we could do to deal with this problem and to fix it.
First of all, most of the respondents are students (1st, 2nd or 3rd year). They represent 93, 1% of the total answerers. The teachers and the administration represent just 2 people. Nearly 83% are in a 300-400 student’ school. They are mainly satisfied with the number of the printing machines. 58, 6% think that the number of devices meet the demand of each person. There are
Without any surprise, the word, excel and power-point documents are the main documents which need to be print. With 96,6%, the word documents are printed by everyone. The respondents said that they print documents at least once a week. With 300 to 400 students on average, it represent a minimum of 300-400 documents, printed a week. That’s why they are looking for reliable devices. Moreover, each respondents use the machines at least once a week.
The next question is rather interesting because it ask what are the issues. It appears that the machines are often broken, slow and to far away from the workstation. Another problem is the ink missing. In effect, there is no ink when requested or needed. That’s a real problem because the devices have not ink anymore when many students want to print report for example.
On average, the mark given by the respondent concerning the printing devices is not really good. With a 5, 4 on 10, there are improvements to bring. We can find some solutions, as buying more quality printing machines, faster and stronger.
In conclusion, it appeared some issues. In general, the mark given for the quality of the printing devices is from 5 to 7, which is not bad. The problems can be fixed by buying more quality machines and faster.
